Mercado Consultants has been providing personnel for reviewing/coordinating utility tasks for the development of comprehensive utility plans for the Pre-Final and Design-Build phases of the project. Tasks include providing Quality Control for the sequence of construction and potential scheduling conflicts for the relocation of existing utilities as well as the construction management of proposed utilities during various phases of construction.

Mercado Consultants conducted monthly site visits to State Funded (through MDE) Water & Wastewater projects to assess the amount of work completed during the month against the contractor's payment application. The projects ranged from water & sewer main installation to water & wastewater treatment plants & facilities and included reviewing engineering plans, estimating construction completed compared with payment application and working with the owner's engineers & representatives.
