Mercado Consultants’ staff have been involved in the federal effort to improve the Nation’s transportation infrastructure and have performed load-ratings on existing structures, developed repairs for deteriorating structures including historic structures of various materials, and worked on projects with significant site constraints and located in environmentally sensitive areas.
